It's beginning to look a lot like . . .

Oh man, saw some of that white stuff falling from the sky yesterday. You know the fluffy cold stuff you try to catch in your mouth as it lands called snow. It is possibly one of the most fun things in the world, the list goes on and on with all the crazy fun activities that are now possible, building snowmen, skiing, throwing snowballs and even just running and sliding down the sidewalk, which is exactly what I spent the walk home on doing yesterday!

Anyway with all this fun in the snow, it does put a damper on things. On the running things. It’s kind of sad. When it's zero degrees and ruthlessly windy I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to go for a run. But no one ever got great sitting in front a fireplace drinking hot chocolate. So it’s inevitable that some of will be driven by some deep force to go for a run, despite the “Day After Tomorrow” Conditions outside. Remember to be safe, run on a treadmill or indoor facility if you can. And if your run is too long do inside, try doing half outside and then half inside. Be smart about it. Afterwards, get some hot chocolate and sit in front a fireplace! You've earned it!

Good Luck to everyone who has to brave the harsh conditions of winter, but it pays off and have fun while your at it!

P.S. To everyone in Florida, Someday you’ll know what I am talking about.
